By completing registration and providing electronic acceptance, the PROFESSIONAL declares that he or she had prior access to this instrument, understood its terms and agrees to the license of use of the SYNVIA HUB software. The contracting/licensing party is SYNVIA HUB TECNOLOGIA EM SAÚDE E FITNESS LTDA ("SYNVIA"). From the moment of acceptance, the PROFESSIONAL acknowledges that SYNVIA provides technology and support tools and does not replace the PROFESSIONAL's qualifications, registration with the applicable professional council, signature, technical autonomy, or responsibility for acts performed before clients, students, or patients.
